1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or utilizing any tools provided herein, you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") agree that you have read, understood, and consented to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service (this "Agreement"). 2. No Backend & Local Execution

We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. We hereby declare and covenant:

• Client-Side Processing: The core processing logic of all utilities (including but not limited to the QR Code Generator, Image Compressor, Markdown Smart Editor, Receipt Generator, etc.) runs strictly inside your local browser via frontend scripting (JavaScript). No server-side database exists.
• Zero Personal Data Collection: Any texts, credentials, personal data, or local images you input or upload for compression are never sent to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers or any third-party databases.
• Local Browser Storage: For convenience, certain tools (e.g. Markdown drafts) use browser localStorage to cache drafts. This data remains physically on your own device.
• Anonymous Web Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): To measure traffic and optimize usability, the Site utilizes Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is a privacy-first, cookie-less web analytics service that does not track or collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). It only monitors basic, anonymous aggregated metrics (such as page views, device types, and coarse geographic regions).

3. Third-Party Services & API Integration

Certain advanced features (such as "Image Hosting Mode" in the Markdown Editor) allow users to configure external APIs (e.g. ImgBB, GitHub) to host files:

• Local Credential Cache: Any API Keys, tokens, or credentials you enter are stored securely (`safeSetItem`) in your local browser cache. We do not retrieve, backup, or transmit your credentials.
• Upload Disclaimer: When using cloud image hosting, your images are sent directly to the configured third-party platform. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your images do not contain private information, proprietary trade secrets, or illegal content.
• Operational Risks: We do not monitor, control, or accept liability for the uptime, privacy compliance, data durability, or security of third-party platforms. Any data leaks, API failures, or loss of hosted images are entirely your own risk.

4. Data Loss & Backup Obligations

Because the Site operates without a backend database, all drafts and local settings depend exclusively on browser client-side storage:

You explicitly acknowledge that clearing browser cache, using incognito windows, resetting devices, or updating browsers may delete your localStorage data permanently. You bear absolute responsibility for manually exporting and backing up your work. We are not liable for any data loss, nor do we provide data recovery or compensation.

5. "As-Is" Service & No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or absence of bugs and computer viruses.

We make no warranty that: the services will meet your requirements; the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free; or the output of the tools is absolutely accurate. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after revisions indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
